"Easy Return and Refund"
I accidentally ordered the wrong lens, so I had to send it back. The online return form was super simple to fill out, and once they received the lens, my refund came through a few days later. What more can you ask for, right? No hassle at all, and I’d definitely buy from Henry’s again.

"My camera lens started acting like a little…"
My camera lens started acting like a little jerk, and I had no clue if the warranty would even cover it. I reached out to Henrys support, and they got back to me fast with clear instructions on what I needed to send in. There was a bit of waiting around, which was annoying as hell, but overall they handled it fine and got everything sorted without turning it into a huge headache. Happy with the help in the end.

I found the camera here for less than a few other shops I looked at, which was a nice surprise — always good when you don’t have to overpay for the same thing. Checkout was quick and easy too, so no complaints from me.

I used Henrys.com it wasn’t bad. I did find what I was looking for after clicking around for a while, and the product pages were clear enough. Checkout went through fine too, though I was kind of watching it closely because the site felt a bit slow at times and that always makes me a little suspicious. The filters could definitely be better, I had to keep going back and forth, which got annoying fast. Overall, it works, but it doesn’t feel like the smoothest or most reassuring shopping experience.

I ordered a camera bag after seeing it available on henrys, and it shipped out without any problems. As someone who’s usually buying gear for weekend shoots with my friends, it was nice not having to guess whether it was actually in stock. I ordered a camera bag from Henry’s online since I’ve always associated them with camera gear, and overall it was a smooth experience. The bag shipped quickly, the tracking worked without any issues, and it arrived in good condition. "Suspiciously Smooth Pickup"
Ordered from henrys.com and picked it up the next day. The email was actually clear, which already had me wondering what was going on behind the scenes, because that almost never happens anymore. Showed up and the staff had it ready like they knew exactly when I’d walk in. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. No issues at all, which felt a little too perfect, but I’ll take it.

I’ve ordered from henrys.com twice now, and both times the delivery showed up exactly when they said it would. The tracking updates were clear, and the camera came packed properly with no dents or random delays. i’m a little disappointed there isn’t more to say, it was just a very straightforward, no-frills experience. It arrived on time, which is what I wanted, but it didn’t really stand out beyond that.

I ordered a camera bag and a couple of small accessories from henrys, and everything arrived exactly as I picked it out, including the right colour and size. The shipping box looked a bit rough when it showed up, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. Only giving 4 stars because delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but the actual order was all good. That’s about it.
